Developer Nasr "Vic" Abuoleim says he's enjoyed "every minute" of living in the 10,400-square-foot mansion on the Gibsonton waterfront that he finished in 2015.

But his nature is "always in the pursuit of something more," he says, so the sprawling property hit the market on Wednesday priced at $18 million.

The home at 12147 US Highway 41 sits on more than 200 acres and includes tennis and basketball courts as well as a boat dock with a lift. It has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Donna Miller, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, has the listing.

"As a developer I always like to create and build new styles and designs," Abuoleim said. "That's why I'm working on designing my next house project to build."

The house is priced well above the largest residential transaction in Hillsborough County in 2018, which was also the biggest house sale in Tampa history: The $9.5 million sale of a Bayshore Boulevard estate that will be converted to a private social club.

The house has a rooftop deck and unobstructed bay views that include both downtown Tampa and downtown St. Petersburg.
