Lagoon in SouthShore to include generational mix

Hillsborough County's first community designed around a multi-acre lagoon serving as a focal point, Southshore Bay, has carved out a section for active adults called Medley.

Lennar, the builder in this active adult village dubs it a neighborhood for "55 and Better.”

In addition to the lagoon, Medley at Southshore Bay offers its homeowners amenities such as a dog park, private clubhouse, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and a tiki bar.

The Estates accommodate up to 3 cars in their garages and range from 2,216 to 2,775 square feet. Or if you prefer, check out the newly-opened two-bedroom villas that range from 1,396 to 1,731 square feet.Interiors feature granite countertops, double ovens and stainless-steel appliances.
