Ex-NFL player, WingHouse founder Crawford Ker lists intracoastal home for $6M

Crawford Ker, former NFL player and founder of the WingHouse restaurant chain, has listed his intracoastal home for sale for $6 million.

The 7,749-square-foot home is in Largo's Harbor Bluffs community and sits on .65 acres and includes a covered dock with a boat lift and two jet ski lifts.

Scott and Amy Ferguson of Coastal Properties Group International are the listing agents on the property, which hit the market in late August.

"The quality of construction, the craftsmanship and the attention to detail set this home apart from other luxury properties,” Scott Ferguson said in a statement. "The house is amazing in its ability to reflect a comfortable, cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout.”

Ker paid $2.85 million for the home in 2002, when it was brand new, Pinellas County property records show. It has four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a wine cellar and an in-house gym and movie theater.

The pool was added after Ker bought the home. It is a 100,000-gallon infinity pool with a natural rock waterfall.

Coastal Properties said in a release that Ker, a Dunedin native who played for the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos, intends to remain in the area. He owns a condominium on Clearwater Beach, according to property records.

Ker's home is not the only significant listing in Harbor Bluffs. A home three doors away from Ker's is listed for nearly $12 million.
