A major Tampa employer has a new landlord.

Connecticut-based Next Generation Net Lease Management LLC has closed on Corporate Oaks Park, an office campus in Westshore, Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. announced Thursday.

Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Davis, Rick Brugge and Michael Lerner represented the seller in the transaction.

The sales price was $32 million, according to a Hillsborough County deed filed Thursday. The three-building, 186,854-square-foot office is 100 percent occupied by New York Life, "housing the insurer's AARP program headquarters on a long-term lease through 2024," according to Cushman.

More than 900 people are employed at Corporate Oaks, which is in the 5400 block of West Cypress Street.
