Gulfport estate on Boca Ciega Bay hits the market at $3 million

A contemporary waterfront estate in Gulfport's Pasadena Yacht & Country Club is on the market for $3 million.

The home at 6126 Kipps Colony Drive W, built in 2010 for owners Iqbal and Janet Paroo, includes 105 feet of waterfront on Boca Ciega Bay. Tammy Campbell Plummer of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.

"The contemporary influences seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. While the home's design pays homage to Frank Lloyd Wright's inspiration, the modern structure utilized sustainable building practices like the use of insulated concrete forms and numerous green features,” Plummer said in a statement.

Legacy Design Group built the home with an open-floor plan, according to Coldwell Banker, "where living and dining spaces on the first floor of the residence are elegantly defined by ceiling details cabinetry and accent artwork, instead of walls."

The exterior of the 5,000-square-foot home features a cantilevered façade made of recycled stacked marble. The home also includes a chef's kitchen, a waterfront office, yoga/meditation studio, an elevator and powder room with a lighted onyx vessel sink. There's also a three-car garage and new seawall.
