An Orlando restaurant chain is working on its fourth location in Tampa Bay.

Miller's Ale House is under construction on a new restaurant in Westshore, at 3860 W. Columbus Drive, on the northernmost portion of the former Without Walls International Church property.

Richman Group purchased the Without Walls site in August 2014. It is building 357 apartments on the site, and townhouses are in the works for the southern portion of the site.

The new Miller's Ale House will be 7,985 square feet, according to plans filed with the city of Tampa. Illinois-based Wisdom Development Group, which is developing the new restaurant, paid $3 million for the 2.2-acre site in December, according to Hillsborough County property records.

Chris Bowers and Ryan Sampson of Eshenbaugh Land Co. represented the seller, Richman Group, in the transaction.

A Miller's Ale House spokeswoman did not return a request for comment Tuesday.

Miller's Ale House serves casual fare like burgers, salads and flatbreads as well as steak and seafood. Its restaurants also serve beer, wine and cocktails. It has restaurants in Brandon, St. Petersburg and on North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.
