Three Tampa hotels have changed hands in a portfolio deal that includes properties in five states.

The sale of TownePlace Suites at 5302 Avion Park Drive and Residence Inn Tampa at 4312 Boy Scout Blvd., which the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported earlier this week, were among the hotels that Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group bought from Georgia-based McKibbon Hotel Group.

The third Tampa property was Courtyard Tampa Downtown, at 102 E. Cass St., which sold for $16.9 million, according to Hillsborough County property records. The total purchase price was not disclosed.

Noble announced the trade Wednesday. McKibbon will continue to manage the portfolio, which includes 1,306 rooms in five states. Noble said it is planning to invest in the properties.
