Cloverleaf Portfolio Grows TAMPA - Cloverleaf Realty Partners in Vienna, Va., has paid $5.7 million for Benjamin Center VII and IX, two Tampa industrial buildings with nearly 70,000 square feet. The seller, Colorado-based Alliance Commercial Partners, was represented by Tampa's Advantis Real Estate Service, which continues to manage and lease the buildings.
